Climator unit AK-3 for proofing chambers

Climator AK-3 is supplied as a ready unit completely equipped, just to fit with new and used proofers.

The unit ensures quick reaching of preset humidity and temperature parameters in the proofer. To achieve the best results in big rooms it’s possible to put more clima units in one. After setting process-specific parameters, of temperature and humidity, the unit adjusts its values itself. Innovative steam generation system using special electrodes submerged in water. Such a system ensures trouble-free operation owing to a specific burnout-resistant electrode. The unit is resistant to scale formation. This solution guarantees energy savings in comparison to traditional systems using water submerged heaters. A specific system of water dosing in the steam tank.

The system performs continuous measurement of current intensity fed by electrodes, which ensures optimal steam level for dough fermentation. Separating of the steam chamber from the air heating zone guarantees accurate adjustment of both parameters, i.e. humidity and temperature which are crucial for dough rise.

A specially profiled directive vent plate placed at the air outlet provides appropriate circulation of air of desirable parameters within the entire interior of the chamber. High-sensitivity humidity controller ensures accurate measurements and high proofing stability.

The best solution for the existing Prover or new ones. MECH-MASZ climator unit with can be built into the already existing proving chamber. A stand-alone climator unit guarantees the correct climate and the proper air circulation with an automatic supply of humidity and heat preset to the values that have been set manually. A plug-in unit requires only water supply and electricity to be fully functional, it takes minimum installation time and no construction works in the proofing chamber.
