Industrial and artisan dough mixers

In this category You can find a wide range of artisan and industrial dough mixers suitable to mix a wide range of dough, started from gentle and semi fluid one through standard  and till hard one. You can make a choice between machines with fixed bowls or removable bowls from 40 kg till even 350 kg of dough in one batch.

Machines are equipped with electronic control panel with possibility to set working programs. Can be operates in manual or automatic mode. Each mixer machine has dough temperature sensor and bowl light. Bowl cover can be full or grid depends on the machine and model. Working tools, bowls are made of stainless and body is white painted. Optionally machines full in stainless steel are available.

Machines equipped with inverter.

Machines equipped with inverter – give a possibility to set a different speed from 40 till 250 r.p.m of mixing tool in each program step. Max. 7 steps in each program.
Available with following bowl size: 80/120/160/220/340 kg of dough or 130 / 180 / 250 / 340 / 500 liters.

  • S-MIX – spiral mixers with removable bowls – most popular to prepare a standard bread or rolls dough
  • U-MIX – mixers with U shape of mixing tool – most popular to prepare a rye dough. This machines and this working tool shape has less influence on finale dough temperature.
  • R-MIX – mixers with removable mixing tools and bowls – most popular in big and industrial pastries or food producers. By this machine you have a possibility to use a different working tools depends on current prepared pastry dough.

Standard 2 speed machines.

Available with following bowl size: 80/120/160/200/250/300/350 kg of dough or 130 / 180 / 260 / 320 / 350 / 450 / 500 liters.

  • SM-R – standard spiral mixer with 2 speed and removable bowls – main and very popular machines in each Bakery and pastry
  • SM-T – mixers with removable tools
  • SM – Standard 2 speed spiral mixers with fixed bowls.

„Z” arm mixers.

especially prepared for hard and very hard dough. Available with 320 or 650 l of chamber capacity.

According to customer request each machine can be customized like example optional machine reinforcement
